Private Sessions

Uniquely designed one-on-one or small group sessions for YOUR body, lifestyle, and goals, incorporating asana (yoga postures), pranayama (breathing techniques), mantra/chanting, and somatic movement. These sessions can be virtual or in the comfort of your own home.
