Weekly, Donation-Based Evening Wind-Down Flow


When: Thursday evenings from 7:30-8:30pm CST / 8:30-9:30pm EST

Some notes:

  • For all Evening Wind-Down classes, I recommend having a few props nearby:

    • a pillow or two

    • a blanket

    • a yoga block or two (alternatives: a thick book, folded up blanket, a water bottle)

    • a yoga strap (alternatives: a scarf, belt, long sleeve shirt, pair of sweatpants

    • We won't use every prop in each class, but having these items nearby can be useful to better support your body throughout the practice.

  • Having your camera on is fully optional. Do what makes you most comfortable.

  • If you feel drawn to donating after the class, the suggested donation is $5. This practice is offered with the intention of financial accessibility and inclusion. If you choose to, contribute what feels right to you and your circumstances.
