Weekly, Donation-Based Evening Wind-Down Flow - ON PAUSE FOR THE TIME BEING

Some notes:

For all Evening Wind-Down classes, I recommend having a few props nearby:

a pillow or two

a blanket
-
a yoga block or two (alternatives: a thick book, folded up blanket, a water bottle)

a yoga strap (alternatives: a scarf, belt, long sleeve shirt, pair of sweatpants

We won't use every prop in each class, but having these items nearby can be useful to better support your body throughout the practice.

Having your camera on is fully optional. Do what makes you most comfortable.

If you feel drawn to donating after the class, the suggested donation is $5. This practice is offered with the intention of financial accessibility and inclusion. If you choose to, contribute what feels right to you and your circumstances.
